The Burners community believes that participants are able to independently create and maintain a friendly and safe space without relying on the organizers to solve all problems and conflicts. Participants agree that volunteer resources are limited. Participants are personally responsible for their actions and the consequences of these actions for others.

The Russian Burners organizational team will review reports of the following violations:

Harassment, unwanted physical or sexual interaction.

⛔️ Intoxication or intoxication of someone without his consent.

⛔️ Participation in the event without a ticket.

Incorrect behavior of an organizational team member or volunteer.

⛔️ Security threat to participants or the event.

At the Burners event, report violations ** to the Ranger**; these people are ready to help the participants and listen to you confidentially. If you see one of the organizers of the event with a walkie-talkie, they can also contact the Rangers.

💔 If you want to report a violation after the event, send an email to ???  or contact any leader of the organizational team. Measures will be taken to preserve the confidentiality of your message.

According to the received reports, information will be collected from the parties involved and witnesses, and a decision will be made on response measures.

The goal is not to establish innocence or guilt. The actions taken by the organizational team are aimed at preserving the safety and continuity of Burns events.
