Then follow the instructions.
Common Lamp Channel ________
Rangers are Lampu members who keep order, but do not interfere in the process. They know how to call medics, a rapid response team and can help solve a domestic conflict.
If something has happened to you and you don't know what kind of help you need, but you understand that you need it, look for rangers.
Rangers are on duty around the clock. They can be distinguished from ordinary Lampu participants by their poncho and cowboy hat.
Rangers are the first response team at Lampu. We are present on-site, engaging with participants, monitoring the event, and stepping in whenever a situation requires attention.
Our responsibilities include:
• Helping newcomers understand Burning Man culture and community principles
• Ensuring the safe execution of fire performances and other acts
• Supporting participants in psychologically challenging situations (sometimes assisting on the spot, other times guiding them to Zendo)
• Assisting in resolving conflicts between participants or camps
