4. If you have a problem with 3D secure code input copy paste it

5. Ticket QR code will be in Belong application, download the app and find your code. If here you have a problem with typing the code, copy paste it in the field.

Crypto payment

Some of you have encountered issues when trying to pay for the ticket, so here’s a step-by-step guide on how to pay with crypto.

Important: Most people have USDT on BSC (Binance Smart Chain), but for payment, you need USDC on Polygon (MATIC).

Option 1: You Have Funds on Bybit/Binance (Easier Method)

1. Exchange your existing currency (usually USDT) for USDC via a trading pair or buy USDC via P2P.
2. Go to Withdraw on Binance/Bybit.
3. Enter the wallet address displayed on the ticket purchase platform (find it in the top left corner under your account icon after logging in).
4. Select the withdrawal network: Polygon (MATIC) Important! Do NOT select Ethereum, BSC or TRC20.
5. Confirm the transaction and wait for the funds to arrive.
6. Ensure the funds have been credited to your wallet.
7. Click “Pay” on the ticket platform.
